SYNOPSIS:
Näin lähden translates loosely as "Thus I Go". Leaving this life into the same element it started from, water. Death by one's own hand is an endless riddle. Until it's done. This journey is done here. The track's soundscape is in full a field recording of a night beside the lake in Pärnämäki. A wooden flute, the lakes own reverb and echo, some wooden percussive instruments and a good friends improvised poem. These are the components I wish to leave you with, for now.
Hope you enjoyed your stay in Korpinkorva. Inspiration and solace.

LYRICS:
Ripples by the pier at midnight. In the shade of birches they rest and eat. Grandfathers with their sons discussing, gathering loose ends, forgiving and forgetting.
Most fear resides with the heart. On a field hardy to cultivate. It is difficult to grow rye in a swamp. Generations end in decay.
To the bosom of the earth they end to recognize, futile were their struggles. Futile were celebrations. Wishes turn to sighs, lingering echoes in space. As applause fade, for now.
Hearken to the arrival of waves. In their core vibrating infinity, immense.
